About Sustainability

Good architecture isn’t always about fashion. It’s about a sense of place and of time. We study a community and integrate our designs into that community. More often than not, our plans involve adaptive reuse of an existing, often abandoned or out-of-code, structure.

About Usability

Most buildings don’t exist for their own value and vanity; they exist to be used by people. So we make certain that each of our designs recognizes who will be using the building and why.

About Community

Our work is built to last, to adapt and to integrate with the world around it. It should meld with the community in personality, history, look and feel.
